Are You Having Fun Yet?

funnyI saw this photo on a blog and just loved it. Thank you Alexander Kjerulf. It’s a great example of having fun at work and creating a positive customer experience at the same time. Imagine your nervousness sitting in the dentist chair, you look up and that’s what you see. It would be pretty hard to keep from laughing out loud.

Thinking about ways to make the customer experience fun can result in creative (and inexpensive) ideas like this. It’s like the teller at a bank drive-through who notices your dog in the car and puts a dog biscuit in the container along with your receipt. Someone had to be the first to think of that and say, “You know what would be fun?”
